If you prefer to register for an upcoming physical therapy education course by mail, please use the following directions.

Download and complete the registration form. Please print clearly. You can mail the registration form to our office. Once we have received your registration form and payment, you will receive a letter of confirmation. If you are paying with a credit card an automated receipt of payment will be sent to the email address you have indicated on the form.

We offer an automated course registration system for your convenience. To register for a class online, click the link below to review our schedule of physical therapy continuing education courses and certifications. Courses are held nationally and the schedule is updated regularly.
